Admittedly, sometimes we find it hard to discipline ourselves to read our Bibles on a daily basis (which should not be!). And even more harder when we don't fully understand what the Bible is telling us (ask God for help!).
Hopefully and prayerfully, this small space we have here will help and guide us in understanding our Bibles better.
However, we must be careful not to make this site too casual or irreverent. Remember, we're handling God's Word and it's no "play-play" issue.
This is how we're gonna do it:
- Everyday (we can change as we go along), we'll read a chapter (or half a chapter if it's too long) from the Scriptures
- The chapter will be posted as an entry
- Then you can comment on that entry; either contribute or post a question
- When commenting, please do leave your name so we know who you are (: (no anonymous comments!)
- Words in italics means that the word does not appear in the original text (Hebrew or Greek)
- Words in red are the spoken words from the Lord Jesus Christ
- Words in green means the words are quoted from the Old Testament
God will richly bless your effort in studying His Word.
